Village Board considers adoption of Local Law Introductory No. 1 of 2013 to override the "property tax cap" law enacted by State Legislature if necessary.

 a. To authorize the Village Manager to sign the proposal from Dvirka and Bartilucci for storm water management assistance
 b. To authorize the Village Manager to sign the retainer agreement with O'Connor Davies, LLP for the years June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2017 for auditing services of the Village.
 c.
To authorize the Village Treasurer to amend the 2012-2013 General Fund Budget to reflect FEMA recoveries for Fire Department Boat
 d. To authorize the Village Manager to execute a contract with Parcmobile USA for an on-line permit management system subject to the approval of the Village Attorney
 e. To authorize the Village Manager to approve the quote from Secure Watch LLC/Genetech in the amount of $53,779.50 for the cost of the cameras, computer, software and 5-years of prepaid warranties.
